Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

2 cups nonfat yogurt   OR   2 cups creme fraiche
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 sweet onion


Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill and serve.


Creme Fraiche recipe::
Combine 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup heavy cream.
Leave at room temperature several hours to thicken. Store in refridgerator.
Will keep approximately one week.
